Meet the Producers

Iapetus makes Vermont wine using predominantly hybrid grapes, grown by us in the Champlain Valley. Winegrowers Ethan Joseph and Tyler Mackelvey shepherd the wines from vine to bottle, with minimal effective intervention, representing the Champlain Valley terroir in bottle.

NOK VINO is a small team of farmers dedicated to expressing New England terroir through regenerative farming and minimal intervention wine making. We farm six vineyards across New Hampshire, from the Seacoast to the Connecticut River Valley, including the oldest hybrid vineyard in New England, planted in 1969. Our wines are vivid and soulful, capturing the energy of the dynamic landscapes we tend, a celebration of this sacred dance between humans, earth, and cosmos! We envision a future that is ecologically sound and inclusive of all people, a belief that the world can change for the better and that we have a part in that change!

Eden makes cider using all Vermont apples, grown by us and our orchard partners and focusing on cider-specific heirloom varieties. We make a full range of ciders, including dry wine style, refreshing canned ciders free of additives, and perhaps what we’re best know for, world class ice cider.

Saltbox Cidershop is a Haverhill based cider company focusing on extra dry ciders. We offer sparkling ciders and a more traditional canned ciders. We started selling cider in April of 2024 and can be found in many shops and restaurants around northeastern Massachusetts.

@rosehillferments Rose Hill Farm Winery is low intervention winery and fruit farm in the Hudson Valley. Utilizing estate grown apples, plums, cherries, quince, blueberries and buying grapes from other likeminded farmers, there’s nothing they can’t ferment. Headed by Matthew Sanford, Sam Rogers and a dedicated team they produce a wide range of wines and ciders that often blur the lines between the two.

Cornish Cider Company is a small cellar cidery located on 20 acres of young orchard, field, and forest in Cornish, Maine USA. Owners Jacqueline and Jared Carr focus on creating ciders made from wild yeasts and wild seedling apple varieties found in and around Cornish along with specific apples from local orchards.

Hana Makgeolli is a Brooklyn-based producer of artisanal Korean rice wines. Since launching in 2020, our sool is made to celebrate heritage and the labor of love. By using only organic rice and traditional brewing methodologies, we craft makgeolli with complex flavors that showcase the rich depth of Korea’s sool tradition.

Field Supply Wine is a natural wine producer focused on drawing out the fullest expression of each varietal, sourced from growers in the Finger Lakes and North Fork regions. We work exclusively with locally grown fruit, fermented naturally with the fewest possible interventions.

Westwind Orchard is a small farm, orchard and cidery with a farm-to-table restaurant located in the Hudson Valley. We produce dry, unfiltered, sulfite-free ciders with a keen focus on using cider specific varieties and low-intervention techniques, allowing each apples true character to shine through.

Their Certified Sustainable estate vineyard on the west side of Cayuga Lake serves as the foundation for their innovative approach, blending ancient and modern techniques to capture the purest expression of the grape. Berkshire Cider Project creates dry, sparkling hard cider inspired by the art, agriculture and community that makes the Berkshires region so special. Making use of local, foraged and imported apples, Berkshire Cider Project crafts sparkling hard ciders that are bone dry (zero sugar), refreshing and complex to complement your modern table. We also maintain partnerships with local cultural institutions - including Hancock Shaker Village, Arrowhead, The Mount and Jacob’s Pillow - utilizing their landscape and orchards to create special, site specific ciders that tell the story of this landscape.

Fermented from all New York apples, their ciders and co-fermentations are 100% dry, aged, unfiltered, and unfined. Each is hand made in small batches, and experimental limited releases are made with fruits, herbs, and flowers foraged from the surrounding land.

Fable Farm Fermentory is a farm-winery producing aged wines, ciders, vinegars, and non-alcoholic elixirs. Our wines are made in partnership with our local flora, microorganisms, and ecology as a Whole - calling on apples, pears, grapes, honey, tree saps, and the blending thereof, as well as herbs and other berries that we grow an glean in the verdant foothills of Central Vermont. We’re committed to native yeast fermentation, which we believe allows the wine to best reflect the place from which it rose. From press to bottle we choose to maintain the integrity of the microbial-molecular matrix that has formed by the intelligence of Nature by not filtering, or adding laboratory yeasts or sulfites. After fermenting our wines completely dry, we send them to the cave to cure and mature through a bacterial succession in both barrel and in bottle. Marzae is Massachusetts’ first & only natural winery, founded by husband & wife team Eliot Martin & Katie Luczai in 2023 with the vision to build community and bring the production of great, approachable wines & other local ferments to the Greater Boston Area. With two harvests underway, Marzae is working on opening an urban location + planting a vineyard on the same site as MASSeration in the spring of 2026.

Urban Pharm is a Cambridge-based, women-founded food business dedicated to offering products that are gorgeous, delicious, and good for you. Our shrubs use simple ingredients–raw apple cider vinegar, raw honey, fruit, and botanicals (always sourced as locally as possible) in creative and unexpected ways. Teaching the periodic table by day, crafting feel good indie folk songs by night. Patrick Morelli started the indie folk project known as “dayes” in 2022 in Boston, MA. dayes is inspired by Morelli's love for alternative rock bands like Dispatch and Mt. Joy combined with his love for folk artists such as Caamp, The Lumineers, and Chadwick Stokes. The hope of this project is to remind the listeners that we're all in this together. dayes is gearing up to release his debut album in the summer of 2025. Thank you all for being here and supporting the music.

Belanger likes doing a lot of things, including making music. He’s a singer/songwriter based in Salem, MA whose music blends elements of folk, rock, and Americana. His songs feature honest lyrics, melodic storytelling, and an authentic vocal style. Ray has released two singles, “Ashes” and “Derecho” on most streaming platforms, and has a Youtube channel with some live recordings.
